ABOUT ZOIE

Zoie's Animal Resource Center was developed when a sweet little poodle named Ziggie was surrendered to Zoie at a veterinary clinic. Ziggie was bitten in the head at just 3 days old, causing him to have a crack in his skull. He's predominantly blind and has a silly looking walk but he is one of the best dogs ever.

Later on that year, Zoie was given Ziggies' sister from another litter! She had a cleft palate and needed to be tube fed every 2 hours for several weeks.

A couple of days later another cleft puppy was given to Zoie!

and just a few weeks after the Clefties, we took in several Parvo positive puppies.

Unfortunately, the Parvo virus killed a majority of the puppies, causing Zoie to lose hope and almost quit rescuing.

Luckily, she did not give up but went on to continue rescuing whatever needed a good home and care.

With continued support, Zoie was able to rescue and re-home 23 dogs between 2021- 2023.

In 2023, Zoie moved to LA to expand the rescue and spread the word about the rescue and our future goals.
